Network security engineering answers
Siber Kale is a network security knowledge base published by Labris Networks. It answers questions that come out of the company's support and engineering work: how a rule set grows, why a tunnel that looks established carries no traffic, what a capacity figure means without its measurement conditions.
The site is written in Turkish. These English pages are a small, hand-written set covering the parts that are not specific to Turkish law or practice. They are summaries, not translations, and the Turkish side carries several times as much material.
Some of the subjects here relate directly to products the publisher sells. Where that is the case it is stated on the page rather than left to be discovered.
- Labris NetworksThe publisher: product lines and what independent certification records do and do not show.
- Labris UTMUnified network security: what the product class solves and where its limits are.
- HARPP DDoS MitigatorDDoS detection and mitigation: attack classes, placement and what a device cannot do.
- DDoS protectionThe three attack classes, where each is stopped and how capacity should be measured.
The full site is at siberkale.net in Turkish: fifty-eight questions, a forty-six term glossary, eight guides and nine topic pages. Product explainers live under /labris/, and the DDoS material — the largest section — under /konu/ddos-korumasi/.
